Terms and Conditions
All dealers will have a C.O.D. account with Lin Haw International. For your convenience we accept cheques, debit cards, Mastercard,Visa and American Express. All dealers who wish to have credit must complete a credit application. When your business or organization's credit has been approved, you will be able to enjoy free charge privileges for up to 30 days. No interest for 30 days - no service charge for current accounts.
We reserve the right to refuse orders or returns. Accounts with NSF history will have orders processed on C.O.D. There will be a $15.00 service charge for NSF cheques.
Claims of short-shipments and miss-shipments must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. Any claims made after 3 days will be selectively reviewed.

Shipping & Handling Charges
We will process all orders. Orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement of $50.00 before applicable taxes and discounts will be subject to handling charge.
- $1.50 for orders picked up at reception
- $3.00 for orders shipped out by courier
- Drop shipments less than the minimum order requirement are subject to a $3.00 handling charge
